Tuition: Tuition: NCDC will debit your checking or savings account with Tuition Express each Monday. This is the ideal transaction method. Parents who prefer to pay by check or cash will be charged an additional $5 weekly to cover costs associated with this form of payment. Cash/Checks are due on Friday prior to care. There will be a $5 late fee per day assessed for payments received after Monday.
